A normal macro doesn’t memorise selections that you make in the menus – it just records button-presses carried out on the panel. If you want to memorise menu actions, you’ll need to make a menu macro. See the tutorials section for how to embed a menu macro in a ‘normal’ macro, and run it from a button.
